Intelligent Stability Design (ISD)

The CESAB B400 4-wheel electric forklifts come standard with CESAB’s Intelligent Stability Design (ISD). This system actively monitors key performance parameters, helping to minimise downtime and maximise productivity. By continuously tracking the truck’s performance, ISD ensures that operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Enhanced Workplace Safety

The ISD system plays a vital role in workplace safety by utilising ten sensors, three actuators, and one controller to monitor material handling activities. When needed, ISD takes corrective action to ensure both the truck and its load remain stable, reducing the risk of accidents and improving overall safety on the job.

Superior Visibility with Intelligent Mast Design (IMD)

The CESAB B400 features Intelligent Mast Design (IMD) technology, which offers exceptional visibility for the operator. The low dashboard height, narrow overhead guard, and open-design fork carriage give operators an unobstructed view of the forks and load, regardless of position. This improved visibility helps operators handle loads more precisely and reduces the risk of damage to the surroundings or the load.

Stability and Manoeuvrability

The CESAB B400 4-wheel electric counterbalance trucks provide a perfect balance between stability and manoeuvrability. The pivoting rear axle distributes the load evenly across all four wheels, offering greater stability and comfort for the driver, even on uneven surfaces.

Ergonomic Control Options

The CESAB B400 is equipped with fingertip hydraulic controls, seamlessly integrated into a fully adjustable armrest as standard. Operators can also opt for double-function joysticks or a single multifunction joystick, providing additional customisation for ease of use and comfort during operation.

Flexible Pedal Configurations

The B400 range offers a choice of three different pedal arrangements: automotive-style pedals, a D2 version with direction change on the accelerator, or double pedals. For the automotive-style option, direction controls are conveniently located on the armrest in front of the mini-levers, ensuring quick and easy access for the operator.

Battery Options for Multi-Shift Applications

The CESAB B400 series can be fitted with either lead-acid batteries, which allow for side extraction, or CESAB’s in-house Li-ion batteries. The Li-ion option is particularly suited for multi-shift applications, providing efficient, long-lasting power for continuous operations.
